The Ragged Mountain Gathering System (“Gatherer” or “Ragged Mountain”) is an unregulated natural gas gathering line jointly owned by Gunnison Energy Corporation, and by SG Interests VII, Ltd. and Falcon Seaboard Oil & Gas LP (“Owners”) depicted on the System Map located on the website and in the Statement of Operating Conditions. Ragged Mountain is operated by Gunnison Energy Corporation. Ragged Mountain provides proratable gathering service for its Owners, who bear the costs of Ragged Mountain’s operations. Ragged Mountain also provides both nondiscriminatory Interruptible Gathering Service (“IGS”) and nondiscriminatory Firm (proratable) Gathering Service (“FGS”) for third parties (“Shippers”) pursuant to the terms of this Statement of Operating Conditions (“SOC”).
