This DEIS evaluates, analyzes, and discloses the direct, indirect, and cumulative environmental impacts from proposed construction of a 20-inch diameter buried steel natural gas pipeline, 8-inch diameter buried steel produced water pipeline and related aboveground facilities within a 50-foot right-of way (ROW) on public lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Glenwood Springs Field Office, and National Forest System (NFS) lands administered by the White River National Forest (WRNF)and the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison (GMUG) National Forests.
